When working with clients, we like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own. Instead of handing you another squat regimen we will teach you how to grow all aspects of your body's strengths. Weak things break. The body needs to be able to handle each and every increase added during weight training. We believe specialized exercises, to ensure strength and stability through all planes of motion, are a necessity for athletes and all humans.
